Based on our experience we have developed certification programs through which organisations may, in the first instance, be engaged in improvement initiatives. What more! If more people are getting engaged, then the next level – performance – is not too far. Different and complementary skill sets are required for both.

Hardwork and system-thinking are required to get certified. Ours is an independent, rigorous, project and result-oriented certification. It is not a certification with focus on a particular methodology. Rather it is an all-round scheme of integrated and systematic improvement. Well-known as well as „not-in-vogue” methodologies, tools and techniques will be taught and their application demonstrated.
